Zebra Spider Salticus scenicus

First time I have found one of these Jumping Spiders in my house. I took him outside where he very briefly struck this pose for my macro lens.

    Excellent photo! Jumping spiders definitely make me jump. lol I have to admit I’m a little afraid of them. I think it’s their jerky movements and the realization that they’re watching me. But, the more photos and videos I see of them, the more I learn to appreciate their curiosity and intelligence . . . and their big eyes are kind of cute.

      Thank you, Angela 🙂 Lol! They do ceryainly jump around, but they are fascinating to observe, and they do appear to be quite curious about the world arund them, and of us when we are in the same space as them. Oh yes, they have big cute eyes 🙂
