Family: Entomobryidae (Entomobryid springtails) » Species: Entomobrya multifasciata (Tullberg, 1871)
Length 2 mm. A distinctly banded springtail with a characteristic pattern of 2 forward pointing triangles near the posterior edge readily help identify this species. Seen throughout the year in various habitats, amongst leaf-litter and agricultural crops. Common and widespread.
