My spidar (what I call my spider sensing radar) must be fully attuned at the moment. The names must be getting familiar as I knew a little arachnid was about to reveal itself.
Great photo, but…Spiders, though fascinating creatures, are one of the things I have a phobia about. I’ve often thought that a sure-fire weight reduction diet for me would be having to eat my meals with a jar of live spiders on the table while I eat. I would immediately lose my appetite!

Whenever I see a close-up photograph of a spider, I wonder at the ‘spikes’ so many of them have on their legs.
