I have the week off and was hoping to get out but all it has done is rain, rain, rain, with more rain forecast, about a month’s worth within a couple of days they say. But despite the rain I still like to try and be creative somehow, even if it is from the other side of the glass.
Summer barely started. Hope the big yellow thing returns soon. Still, our British rain may bring photo opportunities to your garden in the form of drippy blooms, slugs and snails.
It has finally stopped and I have been out with the drippy blooms and have been doing some snapping. For me it’s like another dimension to the beauty out there in nature.
Oh this rain! It is so getting me down. But there you’ve gone and made an artwork of it. Magic of you, Pete.

Thank you for your lovely comment Tish 🙂

You’re welcome. One has to make something worthwhile in the face of thwarted other doings.

Only just started here, but oh, boy is it windy too! Clematis petals falling all around…

Still raining here and the hardy geraniums have taken such a hammering they are virtually flat.

😦 my new clematis was broken in the wind losing 10 flower buds! Gutted!

So many shades of green! We’re lush now, too, because of rain. Despite the frustrations it brings, it does help preserve that spring-like glory.

It sure does, but looking forward to some June sunshine, hopefully by the weekend.

I will soon be walking home in rain. I took a few soddened and squelchy pictures earlier.
