I came across this tiny bee in my rear garden. It may be a sweat bee, but I am not sure.

  2. It ought to be called a rainbow wing. The iridescence is lovely. For some reason, I was reminded of the first bees I knew as a child: the Do-Bees and Don’t-Bees of Romper Room!

    • We never got this series over here. I had to Google to see what it was 🙂 It is sometimes quite nice to go back to our childhood. One of the tv personalities of my days when I was growing up died the other day, and how sad I thought, and how the years have flown. I watched snippets of the shows he was in and I was that wee little boy again 🙂 Thank you for your lovely comment, Linda 🙂
