Lol! 🙂 It seems to be mating season as there were a few of them indulging amidst the bushes. Ladybirds are one of my favourite insects with their varied colours and patterns.

So they are really called “Ladybirds” where you live? I’ve always heard them called “Ladybugs” – perhaps we’re just abusing the Queen’s English.
