  1. Beautiful shot, Pete. The delicate coloration of the butterfly’s wings blended in so well with the vegetation that I initially had to search the butterfly in the image.

    1. Thank you very much, Mike 🙂 To be honest, whilst I took my eye off it for a moment to alter some settings on my camera, I had to search about to find it again, it blended in so well with the spindle.

  2. So that’s a small white – at first glance I thought it was a brimstone, then looked closer and realised it was the wrong shape, and spotted the grey mark on the inside of the other wing! Lovely shot.
