Virtually an all over brown, white and ochreous marbled Tortrix moth, of which can be quite variable.

The caterpillars feed on a wide variety of woody and herbaceous plants.

Celypha lacunana

Adults fly May to August. Found on woodland margins, in hedgerows, rough grassland, and gardens. Common and widespread.
