This our traditional Christmas Robin, seen on many Christmas cards here at this time of the year. If they are well fed, and with its winter feathers thay can appear quite plump 🙂
I love the Robin. He’s one the birds who is both a good singer and a beautiful one. We used to have them in our garden in Spring and summer. The climate change has meant they can been seen almost the year around.
“It was in the early Spring when flowers bloom and Robin sing” remember that song?
I have never seen this kind of robin. It’s pretty and this one looks quite fat!

The Robin is seen here all year round, also, and is one of my favourite birds. Yes, the song is quite sad but beautiful by Bobby Goldsboro.
